Tips on running a food and beverage business for decades
His famous venue La Covacha has been around for over three decades and what was once only a mom and pops little cafeteria stop in the middle of nowhere became the place everyone had to visit every weekend.
Aurelio was my competition from day one but little did I know that I was actually learning from him along the way.
After at least one decade of direct and indirect competition, Aurelio moved on to the technology world and let me continue doing my thing. LOL
On a more serious note, I am lucky to call him a friend and that he agreed to share some of his stories here with us.
